HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
●If you want to cancel and change your order, please send an email to email@example.com within 48 hours from ordering. We are unable to change your order if your package has been shipped out.
I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY WATCH?
We aim to send out all watches within 48 hours of receiving your order. All orders comes with free regular shipping and takes about 14 - 21 working days to reach you. For express shipping with DHL or FEDEX, you can expect your parcel within 3 - 5 working days.
I INPUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
●Please contact us as at firstname.lastname@example.org soon as possible.
HOW DO I TRACK THE SHIPPING STATUS OF MY ORDER?
●All packages sent out will have a tracking number. The number will be sent to your email as well as a link to the respective shipment fulfilment provider's website. Please check your email for these information.

MY WATCH IS BROKEN, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Here at Travailler Timepieces, all watches are meticulously inspected to ensure that there are no errors or defects. Should you unfortunately encounter an issue with your watch, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All watches come with a two year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please check our
warranty page for more information on what is covered under the warranty.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
All purchases come with a 14 days, no questions asked, exchange policy that commences from the date you receive your purchase.
To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please ensure that all items for exchange are properly packed for shipping. Travailler Timepieces reserve the right to reject exchanges that are damaged from shipping due to inadequate packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

All shipping cost for the exchange must be paid by yourself. Travailler Timepieces will be able to advise you on the estimated costs of shipping. Please reach out to us at email@example.com.
HOW DO I WIND MY WATCH?
Start with the watch crown in the closed position. Then wind your watch by turning the crown clockwise between thumb and index finger until you feel a marked resistance. When fully wound your watch has a power reserve of about 44 hours.
Be careful not to wind beyond the point of resistance.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY WATCH?
●The watches are water resistant up to 50m. We do not recommend wearing the watch when taking a dip in the pool or entering a shower.
●We recommend keeping the watch away from magnetic fields as they can interfere with the mechanisms within the watch.

HOW DO I SET THE TIME?
To adjust the time, pull the crown outwards. You will feel a click once the gears are engaged. Turn the crown to set the time. Always adjust time winding forward, to protect the movement and prolong the longevity of the mechanism. i.e. From 2pm to 3pm or from 3pm, a full round to 2pm.
Never wind backwards.
IS THE WATCH SCRATCH-PROOF?
The casing of our watches is made from 316L stainless steel and sapphire crystal glass. This grade of steel is medical grade and does not corrode easily. As for the crystal, it is one of the hardest elements around and is virtually scratch proof; with the exception of diamond. However, rough handling or dropping the watch will certainly create dents, scratches and/or damages to the watch. We recommend that you handle your watch with care.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I SERVICE MY WATCH?
A mechanical watch should undergo a complete servicing around once every five years. This involves cleaning and replacing the watch oil lubricating it. We recommend you to send your watch back to us for a complete servicing. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
ARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTED ON YOUR WEBSITE?
We generally rely on personal data provided by you (or your authorised representative). In order to ensure that your personal data is current, complete and accurate, please update us if there are changes to your personal data by writing to email@example.com.
To safeguard your personal data from unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks, we have introduced appropriate administrative, physical and technical measures such as up-to-date antivirus protection, encryption and the use of privacy filters to secure all storage and transmission of personal data by us, and disclosing personal data both internally and to our authorised third party service providers and agents only on a need-to-know basis.
You should be aware, however, that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure.
